Svaya Nanotechnologies is a US-based startup with connections to MRSEC-supported work led by Professor Paula Hammond. This company is commercializing a new thin film manufacturing
process which is vastly more flexible and scalable than existing
methods. This process is based on self assembly research, which sidesteps the
need for expensive vacuum equipment and accelerates manufacturing
production throughput.
